Dear South Placer Senior Softball Club Members,
Stay tuned here regarding preparation forl our 2021 softball season
Refunds for the 2020 Season are available. Club members have the option of requesting a full refund in writing or by email only. The contact for refunds is Russ Barnes at the email or address below.

Roll over your fees as a credit toward the 2021 season. Club members also have the option to “roll over” their dues for the 2021 season. The Club has a record of all of your paid fees and will hold them as a credit for next season. If you choose this option you need not contact Russ. The Club will automatically hold your fees for you.
This information will be posted on the South Placer Softball Club website shortly. I realize that some members may not receive this email notice as some of the emails we have are incorrect.
Please pass along this information to your fellow members as we would like all of our members to be informed.
I realize this information will be disappointing to most of our members but I feel relieved knowing the health and safety of our members will be safeguarded by this policy decision.
As we develop information on the 2021 season, the membership will be advised. I, along with the board members, want to thank all of you for your patience and understanding during this difficult time and I hope to see you all next season on the softball fields.
